  Introduction In Nigeria, where terror has caused pain and fear, the cross of Jesus Christ shines with a different kind of power – the power of forgiveness. Today, we look at the cross, where forgiveness meets terror, and see God's call to repentance. The Terror of the Cross Jesus was crucified between two criminals, surrounded by hatred and violence (Matthew 27:38). This was a moment of extreme terror, much like the fear caused by terrorism in Nigeria.
