SUBDUE AND DOMINATE [Drama]

 




 

 SCENE ONE: 
THE STRUGGLE

📍 Setting: A dimly lit street. Night. Sounds of distant music and chaos.

(Tunde sits alone, holding his head. Bola enters with a bottle.)

Bola:

Guy, why are you stressing yourself? Life is simple—enjoy it!

Tunde (frustrated):

Enjoy what? My life is falling apart! I try to stop, but something keeps pulling me back!

(Dark Voice echoes softly)

Dark Voice:

You belong to me… you can never change…

Tunde (shouting):



Who’s that?!

Bola (laughing):

You don dey hear voices now? You need more drink!

(Tunde looks disturbed. Lights fade.)


SCENE TWO: 

THE ENCOUNTER




📍 Setting: Early morning. A quiet roadside. Mama Grace praying.

Mama Grace (praying):

Every chain over this generation—break in Jesus’ name!

(Tunde walks in weakly)

Mama Grace:

My son, why are you carrying what God never gave you?

Tunde:

Mama… I feel trapped. Like something is controlling me.

Mama Grace (firmly):

Because you have not taken your place!

📖 “Be fruitful… subdue it, and have dominion…” — Genesis 1:28

Mama Grace:

God created you to rule—not to be ruled!

(Dark Voice tries to interrupt)

Dark Voice:

Ignore her… you are powerless…

Mama Grace (authoritatively):

Silence!

📖 “Resist the devil, and he will flee…” — James 4:7

(The voice fades slightly. Tunde looks shocked.)


SCENE THREE: 

THE REVELATION



📍 Setting: Church interior. Pastor Elijah preaching with fire.

Pastor Elijah:

This generation is suffering not because God is weak—but because they refuse to dominate!

📖 “I have given you power… over all the power of the enemy…” — Luke 10:19

Pastor Elijah (pointing):

You! Yes, you! That addiction is not your master!

(Tunde trembles)

Pastor Elijah:

Anything you don’t subdue will dominate you!

📖 “Sin shall not have dominion over you…” — Romans 6:14

Choir (chanting softly):

🎶 You are more than conquerors… 🎶

(Tunde falls to his knees)


SCENE FOUR: 
THE BATTLE


📍 Setting: Spiritual atmosphere. Lights dim. Echoing sounds.

(Dark Voice appears stronger)

Dark Voice (loud):

You cannot escape me!

Tunde (rising slowly):

No… I now know who I am!

📖 “Greater is He that is in me…” — 1 John 4:4

Dark Voice:

You are weak!

Tunde (boldly):

I have dominion!

📖 “They shall reign in life…” — Romans 5:17

(He stretches his hand forward)

Tunde:

In the name of Jesus—leave me!

(Sound effect: thunder. Dark Voice screams and disappears.)


SCENE FIVE: 
THE TRANSFORMATION




📍 Setting: Same street as Scene One—but now bright and lively.

(Tunde stands confidently, speaking to a group of youths including Bola.)

Tunde:

I was once bound—but now I am free!

📖 “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” — John 8:36

Bola (amazed):

Guy… what happened to you?

Tunde (smiling):

I discovered my authority.


FINAL SCENE: 

THE CALL


📍 Setting: Church altar. Soft music.

Pastor Elijah:

This is your moment. Will you remain a victim—or will you rise and dominate?

📖 “Choose you this day whom ye will serve…” — Joshua 24:15

(Tunde steps forward, joined by others.)

Choir (rising):

🎶 We take our place… we walk in power… 🎶


PROPHETIC DECLARATION (ALL CAST)

We subdue every power of darkness!

We dominate sin, fear, and oppression!

We rise in our God-given authority!

📖 “Let them have dominion…” — Genesis 1:26


ENDING MESSAGE (NARRATOR)

This generation will not be silenced.

This generation will not be enslaved.

We will SUBDUE… and we will DOMINATE!

   Hey! As a Christian, tonight's cross over service promised to usher in the New year 2026. Our focus in this flight manual, as rapture is drawing nearer. We pray that Almighty God would grant us enough strength and wisdom for proper heavenly boarding.  So as not to miss the redemptive flight of Christ to peaceful heaven. “For our citizenship is in heaven, as we eagerly await Christ's return.
