1. Doubt and questioning: "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" (Psalm 22:1)

2. Feeling lost and disconnected: "My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word." (Psalm 119:28)

3. Struggling with faith: "I believe; help my unbelief!" (Mark 9:24)

Biblical Guidance

1. Seek God: "You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart." (Jeremiah 29:13)

2. Hold onto faith: "For we live by faith, not by sight." (2 Corinthians 5:7)

3. Find comfort in scripture: "Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path." (Psalm 119:105)

Hope and Restoration

1. God's presence: "And the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles." (2 Corinthians 1:3-4)

2. Renewal and restoration: "He restores my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name's sake." (Psalm 23:3)

The Bible acknowledges spiritual crises and offers guidance, hope, and restoration.
